• PTS男女同校青少年足球训练和发展丰富计划

  Head Coach Abiodun "Tunde" Adeyemi will bring his unique style 和 many years of experience to this new program.  The purpose of the program is to foster team building, teach team bonding, 和 improve soccer skills.  Participating student-athletes will have the opportunity to make new friends, 获得宝贵的足球训练技术, 提高他们的足球技术, 玩得开心.

• 冒险运动-桨板丰富计划

  Paddle-boarding is a water sport in which participants are propelled by a swimming motion using their arms while lying or kneeling on a paddleboard or surfboard in the ocean or other body of water. A derivative of paddle-boarding is st和-up paddle-boarding also called st和-up paddle surfing.  你可以在立式桨板上做各种各样的活动, 像瑜伽, 钓鱼, 赛车, 和旅游. • PTS高中男女同校帆船项目

  帕尔默三一中学 is pleased to announce the start of its third season of the Co-ed High School Sailing Program.  The 2023 – 2024 season will start in September 和 participants must tryout. 
  
  The Falcon sailing athletes will compete in Regattas once a month organized by the Interscholastic Sailing Association.  帆船比赛有两种，一种是巡游.  对于那些刚开始航海的人, it specifically refers to the sport of using wind to power sails 和 propel the boat forward (rather than engines).
  
  Practices are held 星期一、星期二和星期四 at the US Sailing Center.   帕尔默三一中学 offers afterschool transportation to the US Sailing Center 和 parents are responsible for pickup.
